Our rooms have leather recliners so you are welcome to wear anything that you are comfortable in. No special clothing required.

We intentionally built our salt rooms small so that you get a higher concentration of salt in a shorter period of time.

25 minutes is great for the person in maintenance. 50 minutes is better if you are experiencing a lot of congestion.

Our sauna is the Medical Sauna Brand. It is a full spectrum sauna including Near infrared, Mid Infrared & Far Infrared heat.

You can dress to your comfort level. Most people wear a bathing suit or shorts & tank top. Please bring a towel for your comfort.

Our sauna is a 1 person sauna. 

We have 2 salt rooms with comfortable leather recliners. One room has 4 chairs and the other has 3 chairs. 

While we can not guarantee that you won’t be in a room with other people, we do our best to only put you in a room with the people that you come with. Because we have 2 salt rooms, we can generally accommodate this during the week. Saturday is our busiest day of the week and more likely to have other people in the room with you,
